Sr. Power Platform Developer 

Role Overview 

We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer with strong experience in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online/Server, ideally within banking or financial environments. 

The role requires solid expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Hybrid environments (Legacy + Cloud), with responsibilities including solution design, architecture, process automation, data analytics, and technical leadership. Senior professional with strong hands-on experience in Power Platform, architectural vision, and the ability to transform business processes through Microsoft 365 solutions. Will be able to work closely with business stakeholders, define end-to-end solutions, and support the evolution of Microsoft 365 platforms. 

Required Experience 

  • 5+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform. 

  • 3+ years of experience working in banking or financial services environments. 

  • Experience with SharePoint Legacy modernization and Hybrid-to-Cloud migrations. 

  • Experience leading technical initiatives or development teams. 

  • Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders. 

 

Required Technical Skills 

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps / Model-driven Apps). 

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows and process automation). 

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, Dashboards, KPIs). 

  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server. 

  • SharePoint site collections, lists, libraries, permissions, and governance. 

  • Enterprise metadata management and SharePoint Search configuration. 

  • SharePoint forms and workflows / InfoPath experience. 

  • Integration with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 services.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365. 

  • Build business applications using Power Apps. 

  • Design and optimize business process automation using Power Automate. 

  • Develop data models, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI. 

  • Develop and manage solutions using SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server. 

  • Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services. 

  • Define technical standards, best practices, and solution architecture guidelines. 

  • Provide technical leadership and collaborate with business teams.  

 

  ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

Job type: ON SITE

Location: CDMX.

Salary: $89,000 gross.
