Lead Test Automation Engineer

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• More than 9 years of relevant work experience.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of testing activities, plans and processes for complex products or services ensuring product quality. Also, facilitates resource planning and resolution of issues that may impede the test effort and drives continuous improvement.
• Responsible for the design, development and support of test cases for functional and non- functional domains
• Lead the identification of the test scope and test environment set-up needs, prepares test plans, identifies relevant metrics and keeps track of required effort for large initiatives
• Hands-on experience authoring, building and adopting large-scale, automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back-end integration (including end-to-end automation) and experience with different test automation approaches.
• Generate / Review test reports and act on recommendations for product or design changes
• Drive the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures and strategies ensuring alignment to functional / non-functional requirements
• Supports in identifying product quality risks based on the high-level solution architecture
• Develop trusted relationships with other engineering groups and key business stakeholders to evaluate, recommend and implement testing procedures for products, systems, components or modifications

Salary: $100,000 gross.
