Service Now Developer

• 3-5 years of experience in administering a ServiceNow platform.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of software development experience.

• Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and automation.

• Familiarity with web services and APIs for integrations.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs and scripting languages like JavaScript

• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices, with ITIL knowledge preferred.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in developing on a cloud-based platform is a plus.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
