Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:

SAP Basis Mid-Level Consultant 

We are seeking a SAP Basis Mid-Level Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience, including strong experience supporting SAP production environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for SAP Basis administration, system stability, performance, security, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance across SAP landscapes. 

Required Experience & Expertise 

  • 5–7 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience, including production support. 

  • Fluent English, written and conversational. 

  • Experience with: 

  • SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and kernel updates. 

  • Client copies, system refreshes, and SAP landscape management (DEV/QA/PRD). 

  • SAP system monitoring, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. 

  • SAP Transport Management and coordination across environments. 

  • SAP User Administration, Roles & Authorizations, and access management. 

  • SAP security policies and best practices. 

  • Experience supporting SAP databases and coordinating with DBA, OS, infrastructure, and network teams. 

  • Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues in production and coordinate escalations when required. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintain SAP systems and ensure availability, stability, and performance. 

  • Perform and coordinate installations, upgrades, patches, system refreshes, and technical maintenance. 

  • Monitor SAP environments and proactively identify and resolve production issues. 

  • Manage users, roles, authorizations, and access-related activities. 

  • Manage transports and support SAP landscape activities across DEV, QA, and PRD. 

  • Perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis. 

  • Coordinate database and infrastructure activities with technical teams. 

  • Document incidents, changes, procedures, and technical solutions. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA. 

  • Hands-on experience with SAP HANA administration. 

  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, or similar monitoring tools. 

  • Experience supporting high-availability or business-critical SAP environments. 

 

 ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
