Project Manager Sr. (Lima-Perú )

We are looking for a Professional Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Master’s degree in IT Management (preferred).

• 12+ years of experience managing technology projects, with a strong focus on banking (mandatory).

• Proficient in:

  • Agile and traditional methodologies: PMI, Scrum, Kanban, RUP

  • Project financial management

  • Process automation

  • Requirements analysis and documentation

• Certifications (preferred): PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion project, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet agreed deliverables.

• Define project objectives and key deliverables.

• Develop and manage the project timeline and key milestones.

• Monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of implemented improvements.

• Conduct user interviews to understand behaviors and expectations.

• Ensure the project follows an agile and efficient methodology.

• Prepare regular progress reports highlighting achievements and challenges.
