• Design and create Oracle OTB/BI reports based on business requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather report specifications

• Analyze data to identify trends and insights for the Human Capital department

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in all reports

• Provide training and support to end-users on report usage
