Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:
On‑Site Support / End‑User Support (not a development role)
Focus areas
Hands‑on hardware and desktop support
End‑user / floor support
Local incident handling and coordination
Physical presence in the office as needed
Profile expectations
Strong experience in on‑site support environments.
Comfortable with hardware troubleshooting and break/fix.
Able to work independently and interface directly with users.
Prior financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
Logistics
Work model: Primarily on‑site (not remote).
Language: Spanish required.
English working proficiency.
ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.
