Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by clients related to Java, Kafka, and Informatica.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Document support processes and maintain knowledge base.



ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

Job type: Remote.

Salary: $75,000 gross.
