Job description
- Use Java [Core] to develop efficient and reliable software solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL for database management and manipulation.
- Work with Unix systems to ensure smooth application deployment and maintenance.
- Showcase problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Handle production support tasks, including bug fixes and minor enhancements.
- Resolve production issues promptly through effective incident management.
Activities:
- Investigate and resolve application-level errors and performance issues.
- Perform log analysis to identify root causes of reported problems.
- Work closely with L1 support teams to provide technical expertise on Java-related incidents.
- Troubleshoot database connectivity, middleware, and configuration issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L3 engineers for code-level fixes.
- Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance.
- Document known issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
