Job description

  • Use Java [Core] to develop efficient and reliable software solutions.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in SQL for database management and manipulation.

  • Work with Unix systems to ensure smooth application deployment and maintenance.

  • Showcase problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges.

  • Handle production support tasks, including bug fixes and minor enhancements.

  • Resolve production issues promptly through effective incident management.

Activities:

  •  Investigate and resolve application-level errors and performance issues.

  •  Perform log analysis to identify root causes of reported problems.

  • Work closely with L1 support teams to provide technical expertise on Java-related incidents.

  • Troubleshoot database connectivity, middleware, and configuration issues.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to L3 engineers for code-level fixes.

  • Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance.

  • Document known issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).


ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

Job type: Remote.

Salary: $75,000 gross.
