Ingeniero de Soporte Técnico ( Béccar - Argentina)

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with experience in:

Description of Services:

· MDF/IDF hardware racking, stacking, and patching

· MDF/IDF cable management and cleanup

· Coordinate priorities and installation activities with on-site contractors

· Assist patching and troubleshooting network connections and connectivity of production, AV, and end user devices

· Network infrastructure labeling and asset documentation

· UPS configuration

· Provide remote connection to devices for remote support and configuration

· Hand out and help setup laptops and in the office space and on the plant floor as necessary

· End User Operational Support
