Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial process management, preferably within the automotive industry.

• Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with BiW processes, manufacturing technologies, and quality control methodologies.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage industrial projects related to the Body in white section, ensuring timely and successful completion.

• Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and technical direction to the BiW team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and production to ensure seamless integration of processes.

• Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to company' standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

• Resource Planning: Develop and manage resource plans to support project execution and process improvements effectively.

• Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor process performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, process improvements, and key performance indicators to senior management.

Job Type: Onsite - temporary contract until December 31th, with possible extention depending the performance.

Work Location: Monterrey

Salary: $76,000 gross.
