We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Capital department as a Fusion Recruitment & Learning Management Specialist at GSB Solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting top talent and ensuring their seamless integration into our organization.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract diverse candidates

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements

  • Utilize learning management systems to create and deliver engaging training programs

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and training initiatives

Job requirements

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and learning management.

3. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and Learning Management Systems.

4. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and learning development strategies.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills.

8. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
