Job description

We are looking for field technical support with experience in:

The candidate must be available to serve different clients in the Buenos Aires area remotely or in person, as the case may be

Installation and Configuration of Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012/2014 on Virtual Servers under Windows

•Server 2008/2008R2/2012/2016 (Database, script execution, error logs).

• Monitoring of Servers in Test and Development Environments.

• Installation and start-up of Applications in IIS in Testing and Development environment. (PHP, HTML,

•Active Directory, GPO, etc.)

• Installation of banking applications in test mode under Oracle environment.

• Documentation of all tasks performed and creation of manuals for the Knowledge Base.

• Installation of Monitoring Applications for a Set of Virtual Servers.

• Installation and start-up of Ticket System (Service Desk and Assets)

• Control of Datacenter and Internet Providers (Rack, Servers, Hardware, Switches, Routers).

• Microinformatics and monitoring of systems and infrastructure. Control of local and cloud backups.

• OS: Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows XP, Linux, Windows Server 2008, 2012,2016. VMWARE AND VMWARE

• Remote Access: Remote Desktop (Native), Teamviewer, Anydesk, Putty. VPN: FortiClient.

• Microinformatics, Cabling and Network Cable Assembly

• OS Migration (from WXP to W7), Profiles, Backup and Workstations for all users (Domain, GPO, Outlook, Pst. etc.). ✓ Assembly and repair of PCs, Notebooks. ✓ Assembly of Work Islands from 50 workstatitons. (Hardware, Software)

Job requirements

Requirements:

Experience: More than 4 years in similar tasks

Training: Technical/University Level

Location: Buenos Aires and with the possibility of moving to

locations

Work modality: In-person

English Level: Advanced
