Job description

Role Summary:

Responsible for comprehensive support to the SMC LATAM Leadership Team, ensuring smooth daily operations, calendar and travel coordination, expense management, and onsite logistics.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Scheduling Support:

•             Manage and support daily schedules, leadership team calendars, and ROB calendar.

•             Coordinate logistics for LT offsite events and executive visits, including room bookings, catering, A/V setup, and access badges.

Expense & Travel Management:

•             Prepare and reconcile expense reports; provide interim approval for LT member expenses.

•             Oversee travel logistics for GM and staff, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and airport transfers.

Operational & Onsite Support:

•             Maintain SMC LATAM alias structure and storage control.

•             Assign onsite workstations and lockers.

•             Act as onsite host in the Costa Rica office for visiting Microsoft executives.

Ad Hoc Support:

•             Respond to any requests from the Leadership Team as needed.

Qualifications:

•             Experience: 1–2 years in executive support, operations coordination, or administrative roles.

•             Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboration

Requeriments:

Location: Urbanization Colón, Torre Universal. San José, Costa Rica

Schedule: Monday to Friday Business Hours
