Job description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Industrialization Support:
• Collaborate with the production team to identify, prioritize, and resolve outstanding
industrialization actions.
• Develop and refine processes for machining and welding of complex mechanical parts,
ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Act as the main technical liaison between engineering teams and production staff to
clarify technical requirements and resolve roadblocks.
2. Process Optimization:
• Analyze and improve machining and welding workflows to enhance efficiency and
reliability.
• Identify and implement corrective actions for process inefficiencies or non-conformities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to validate and fine-tune manufacturing processes for
ramp-up readiness.
3. Synchronization with French Industrialization Teams:
• Establish regular communication with industrialization teams in France to align on
priorities, share updates, and address critical issues.
• Ensure that solutions developed locally in Guaymas are consistent with global standards
and strategies defined by the French teams.
• Serve as a bridge to transfer knowledge, technical expertise, and best practices between
the Guaymas and France teams.
• Participate in global project reviews and provide feedback on the local implementation of
processes and strategies.
4. Technical Support:
• Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to
machining and welding.
• Ensure all tooling, fixtures, and equipment meet production requirements.
• Train and mentor local operators and technicians on best practices.
5. Project Management:
• Track and report on the progress of industrialization milestones.
• Develop and execute recovery plans for delayed activities, ensuring alignment with
production schedules.
• Collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure timely completion
of tasks.
6. Quality Assurance:
• Work closely with the quality team to ensure production processes meet required
specifications.
• Conduct process validation, including test runs and inspections, to verify conformance to
quality standards.
• Assist in resolving quality-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective
actions.


Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing
Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in industrialization or manufacturing engineering, preferably in
machining and welding of forged or complex mechanical parts.
• Proven track record of supporting production ramp-ups and managing delayed projects to
completion.
Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of machining (CNC and manual) and welding processes, materials,
and equipment.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing
specifications.
• Experience with tooling design and process optimization.
Soft Skills:
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams.
• Organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

Salary: $80,000 Gross.
