Job description

Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:

On‑Site Support / End‑User Support (not a development role)

Focus areas

  • Hands‑on hardware and desktop support 

  • End‑user / floor support 

  • Local incident handling and coordination 

  • Physical presence in the office as needed 

Profile expectations 

  • Strong experience in on‑site support environments.

  • Comfortable with hardware troubleshooting and break/fix.

  • Able to work independently and interface directly with users.

  • Prior financial services experience is a plus, but not required.

Logistics 

  • Work model: Primarily on‑site (not remote).

  • Language: Spanish required.

  • English working proficiency.

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.
