An International Company is looking for a OMP MPS/DPS Lead or Architect with an Advanced English level.
Job requirements
Expectation / Job Description – OMP MPS/DPS Lead or Architect
1. At least 2 full-cycle implementations of MPS and DPS in OMP 6.09 or higher.
2. Hands-on experience setting up the OMP OPR Layer for new OMP environments.
3. Strong multi-user management skills.
4. Deep understanding of the Data Manager and core tables required for MPS/DPS.
5. Experience configuring MPS MIP Solvers.
6. Ability to fine-tune solvers to meet business requirements.
7. Strong understanding of MPS and DPS process flows.
8. Hands-on experience creating Pyramids, Line Schemes, Pivots, Gantt Schemes, Form Schemes, and calculated attributes.
9. Solid understanding of the OMP Dispatcher setup.
10. Ability to debug solvers and document issues for OMP investigation.
11. Strong understanding of the OMP landscape and architecture.
12. Knowledge of OMP integration (OMP-to-OMP, OMP-to-SAP, and satellite systems).
Job Description – OMP DRP / MEIO
Main Responsibilities:
• Participate in the design and implementation of planning solutions.
• Act as DRP and MEIO expert in Demand and S&OP projects.
• Coordinate and participate in testing of requirements delivered by OMP.
• Work closely with users and process owners to identify improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with technology and solution providers for effective implementation.
• Become an OMP expert and business partner.
• Align with the business CoE on application improvements.
• Work with OM Partners to solve bugs or program issues.
• Guide first- and second-line support teams (offshore).
• Act as third-line support when issues cannot be resolved by other support tiers.
Required Capabilities:
• Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes (Demand Planning, S&OP, Network Planning, Material Management, Detailed Scheduling).
• Strong analytical skills; Master’s degree preferred (Operations Management, Mathematics, Physics, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.).
• Supply chain expertise; CPIM is an asset.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into system requirements.
• Ability to coordinate people to achieve goals within timelines.
• Proficiency in standard applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Quick learner, results-driven, able to work independently and within teams.
• Initial OMP experience or strong interest in developing expertise.
• Ability to define future-state processes, identify use cases in OMP, and propose simplification opportunities without compromising requirements.
• Accountable for change management, rollouts, testing, cutover, and deployment activities related to S&OP and MEIO.
• Proactive risk management.
