Network Engineer / L 3 (Argentina/ Mar del Plata)

GSB is looking for a Level 3 Technical Support/Network Engineer for a project

Provide On-Site Technical Support

· Troubleshoot and Resolve IT Incidents

· Install and Configure Hardware & Software

· Perform routine proactive Maintenance to the Munro Plant infrastructure (MDF, IDF, Etc.)

· Document and Track Support Requests

· Attend and support KA/KT LATAM sessions with HCL toward a mid-term dispatch model

· Provide Basic IT Training to Users
