Job Description: Non-Technical
• Good knowledge of available products (laptops, cell phones and peripherals)
• Good verbal and written communication, specifically dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
• Must have: Organization skills and well-structured working approach. Ability to set priorities.
• Must have: Knowledge on end-to-end IT Asset Management and IT hardware/SIM card lifecycle management.
• Must have: Ability to manage end to end customer requests and attention to details when gathering requirements.
• Good knowledge on ITIL framework and best practices, Compliance Management.
• Good to have: Knowledge about Purchase Orders
• Good to have : Knowledge on usage of SAP, ERP tools, ticket management systems.
• Good to have : Working knowledge of excel and PowerPoint.
