We are looking for a junior technical support engineer.
Job requirements
Main Accountabilities Of The Role
Investigate incoming IT related incident tickets;
Fulfill IT related service request, such as create and configurate user accounts, also we waiting assist on initial setup to this access.
Support user via call, chat, ticketing tools
Provide to assist for others teams to assist backup activies.
In this role you will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the business including our Global teams to support.
Provide assist and prepare meeting room to V.I.P users.
Keep the meeting rooms always in working, making check list on this devices.
Keep printers devices are working, in case of issues, trigger the vendor to support.
Requirements (hard & Soft Skills)
Basic IT knowledge in Windows OS , Microsoft Office , Android, iOS and common software applications.
Basic IT knowledge on hardware support keeping and giving support on devices from company.
Troubleshooting skills
Excellent communicator, culturally sensitive, patience
Customer service driven, understands the importance of confidentiality business and privacy of users
Professional Experience
Customer service driven, understands the importance of confidentiality business and privacy of users
Educational Level
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a technical support or service desk role is an asset.
ITIL certified (at least ITIL v4 foundation) is an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location: Heredia, San Francisco, America Free Zone
Horario: 7:00 am a 16 horas ( 4pm )
Remuneración: USD 650,00 a USD 780,00
