Field Support Engineer ( Argentina/ Mar del Plata)

We are looking for a Field Support Engineer for a project :

MDF/IDF hardware racking, stacking, and patching

1. MDF/IDF cable management and cleanup

2. Coordinate priorities and installation activities with on-site contractors

3. Assist patching and troubleshooting network connections and connectivity of production, AV, and end user devices

4. Network infrastructure labeling and asset documentation

5. UPS configuration

6. Provide remote connection to devices for remote support and configuration

7. Hand out and help setup laptops and in the office space and on the plant floor as necessary

8. End User Operational Support
