• Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Oversee and manage integration efforts involving payment solutions and their seamless incorporation into Salesforce, SAP, and other internal systems.
• Lead data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity, validation, and consistency throughout the migration process and ensure communications are flowing across the teams.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Promote continuous improvement practices within the team and organization, identifying and addressing any obstacles to productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, technical specifications, and progress reports.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Facilitate transparent communication with project leads, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
Job type: Remote.
Salary: $97,000 gross.
