• Formulation experience
• PO/PM certification
• Scrum Master certification
• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements
• Creation of Features
• Collaboration with DevOps team on stories and Features
• Collaboration with Product Line Manager on Epics and Portfolio Epics
• Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
• Working with the product team and end-users to deliver updates and status reports
• Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprint
• Contribution to quarterly newsletters and team planning
