Job description

Main functions (not limited):

• Long term project full time support Monday to Friday

• IMAC process Install, Move, Add and Change.

• ITIL and Agile process (exposure to SLA, Ticketing system)

• Software deployment through SCCM.

• Manual software installation and troubleshooting.

• Handling and task prioritization.

• Support of Laptops, Printers and Cell Phones.

• Network Support

• Management and configuration of email
