Sr Release Engineering
Role Summary
• Support Enterprise Bundled Releases (EBR) and OFF‑EBR releases by coordinating deployments, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, helping in release documentation, executing deployment activities, and working with development, QA, environment, and operations teams to ensure successful releases.
Key Responsibilities
• Support release planning, deployment preparation, and release execution activities.
• Execute and monitor application deployments across Non‑Production and Production environments.
• Prepare and maintain deployment runbooks, implementation plans, and release documentation.
• Support rollback and post-release validation activities.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket and GitHub.
• Track release activities, issues, risks, and dependencies through Jira and CRR processes.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams during release execution.
Required Skills
• Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, Bitbucket, YAML Pipelines.
• Terraform, Shell/PowerShell scripting, Python (preferred), AWS deployment concepts.
Communication & Behavioral Skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support critical release windows.
• Proactive issue identification and escalation mindset.
Experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, Application Support, or Deployment Management.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and deployment activities.
• Exposure to Production and Non‑Production release support.
ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

Job type: Remote
Location: Mexico.
Salary: $80,000 gross.
