Sr Frontend Developer

Key responsibilities

Location: EST TimeZone (Mex or Arg)

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, modular, and reusable web UI components and micro frontends.

  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on development using React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and Web Components.

  • Drive the adoption of best practices for front-end development, code quality, performance, and maintainability.

  • Utilize state management and data-fetching libraries such as Redux and React Query to build efficient and reliable applications.

  • Implement and manage client-side routing using React Router to deliver seamless user experiences.

  • Lead performance optimization initiatives to ensure fast, responsive, and accessible web applications.

  • Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Leverage Azure services for application deployment, monitoring, scalability, and operational support.

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

  • Ensure adherence to code quality and security standards through tools such as SonarQube and Mend.

  • Define and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices across teams.

  • Support requirement analysis, solution design, estimation, and technical planning activities.

  • Manage stakeholder and client interactions, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical growth and continuous improvement within the team.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve product quality and development efficiency.

  • Contribute to capability building by designing technical training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  • Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of web applications throughout their lifecycle.

Preferred Leadership Responsibilities

  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and ensure consistent delivery standards.

  • Lead a team of UI developers and coordinate sprint activities, deliverables, and technical reviews.

  • Drive technical decision-making and provide guidance on complex implementation challenges.

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for UI-related discussions with clients and stakeholders

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

Salary: $75,000 gross
