Sr Business Analyst with AI

Purpose

Serve as a critical bridge between business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise software solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Key Focus

Business analysis, Agile (Scrum) methodologies, cloud-based applications, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

  • Agile Delivery: Participate in Sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization alongside Product Owners and development teams.

  • Enterprise Software Analysis: Define future-state capabilities, assess impacts, model processes, and ensure traceability from requirements to business outcomes.

  • Azure Development Support: Analyze system interactions, data flows, and platform dependencies on Microsoft Azure to align with technical implementation approaches.

  • AI & Intelligent Solutions: Define requirements for AI-powered features, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation while promoting responsible and ethical AI use.

  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication, manage competing priorities, resolve ambiguities, and present proposals to leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of Business Analyst experience within software product development environments, focusing on enterprise-scale products.

  • Technical Skills: Strong background in requirements gathering, process analysis, functional specifications, REST APIs, SQL, and data modeling.

  • Tools: Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, process modeling tools (Visio/Miro), and Power BI (preferred).

  • AI Knowledge: Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, RAG workflows, and AI governance.

  • Preferred Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe (POPM or Agilist).

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

Salary: $70,000 gross.
