Sales & customer consultant

Job description:

  • Candidate must have experience of supervising sales, customer service, customer handling in an automotive dealership in Mexico for at least 5 years.
  • Must have worked in consulting role with one of the Big 4 – PwC, Deloitte, KPMG or Ernst & Young. Or with Accenture, IBM, Wipro, TCS. Must be ready for field work visiting Nissan Automotive dealers.
  • Must have consulting skills of holding interviews of stakeholders and generating neat process mapping documents in MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Must be able to facilitate workshops.
  • Must have skills to explain features and functionalities of various models of cars to customers. Must have knowledge of automotive market trends in Mexico.
  • Good understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and marketing strategies to drive sales growth.

Job requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Some weekend and evening work may be required.

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

Job type: Remote.

Salary: $65,000 gross
