Job description:

•

• Having experience as Oracle Fusion HCM Architect, strong experience in Payroll and Benefits
• Should have experience of at least 3 end to end implementations and support experience and 10 years of hands-on experience as Oracle Fusion HCM Architect for Payroll and Benefits.
• Gather business requirements, document those, do fit gap analysis and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM application.
• Expertise in configuration of Enterprise structures, Payroll, Benefits and other foundational setups.
• Ability to configure self-service transactions, approval workflows and notifications with the help of Area of

• 
  Experience with Oracle HCM Security setup including roles and security profiles.
• Ability to understand the employment/person flow and troubleshoot the issue related to those flow.
• Should have Experience Working on Oracle Search/ Redwood Pages and Personalization’s using VBCS.
• Experience with Oracle Journey and configuring them as per business need.

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

Salary: $90,000 gross .
