Skills

  • Integration Requirements Analysis

  • User Stories & Acceptance Criteria

  • API & Integration Concepts

  • CRM Business Processes (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP or similar)

  • Agile + Azure DevOps

  • Data mapping / Process Modeling

  • Ownership / Proactive Delivery Mindset

  • MUST: CRM

  • Level y/o seniority: Sr or Lead (BA autónomo)

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.
