Job description

Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:

Backend Software Engineer

Technical Skills:

  • Java 17 or higher; Kotlin, Spring Boot; focused on High-volume transactions

  • Microservices and event-driven architectures.

  • Databases: Yugabyte, Cassandra or MongoDB

  • Kubernetes: deployments, services, pods, StatefulSets, ConfigMaps, secrets.

  • REST API design including authentication, HTTP verbs/status codes, and Swagger documentation.

  • Messaging systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ (publish/subscribe).

  • Cloud platforms: Azure and GCP (hybrid deployments).

  • Version control using Git.

  • Testing: JUnit and Mockito.

Nice to Have:

  • CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Harness and Rancher.

  • Dependency management: Gradle.

  • WebFlux (reactive programming).

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
