Senior Business Analyst – Property & Casualty Insurance 

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable solutions for technology teams. 

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience working with business and technical stakeholders, and a solid understanding of insurance processes and products. 

A Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of IT experience and solid hands-on P&C Insurance domain knowledge, capable of bridging business requirements and technology delivery in an Agile environment. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. 

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, Product Owners, and technology teams. 

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. 

  • Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. 

  • Support solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation activities. 

  • Facilitate workshops and requirement clarification sessions. 

  • Work within Agile/Scrum delivery environments. 

  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions. 

  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Required Experience 

  • 8+ years of IT / Business Analysis experience. 

  • Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience – REQUIRED. 

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst in insurance technology projects. 

  • Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 

P&C Insurance Experience 

Experience in areas such as: 

  • Policy administration 

  • Underwriting 

  • Claims 

  • Billing 

  • Rating 

  • Policy lifecycle 

  • Product configuration 

  • Insurance workflows and processes 

 

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

Job type: Remote

Location: México.

Salary: $85,000 gross
