Oracle EBS Functional / Technical Consultant 

Experience: Senior-level experience with Oracle EBS R12.x 

 Focus: Oracle EBS Functional + SQL/PLSQL Development 

 Environment: Oracle EBS R12.x On-Premises 

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional/Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.x On-Premises. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional knowledge of Procurement and Inventory processes with advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development skills. 

The role requires hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS, analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting issues, and developing custom solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support, analyze, and enhance Oracle EBS R12.x functional processes. 

  • Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions. 

  • Configure and support Oracle Purchasing and Inventory Management processes. 

  • Develop and maintain custom Oracle EBS solutions using SQL and PL/SQL. 

  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and perform root cause analysis. 

  • Develop, test, and maintain custom database objects and Oracle EBS components. 

  • Support integrations and data flows related to procurement and inventory processes. 

  • Participate in testing, deployments, documentation, and production support activities. 

Mandatory Functional Experience 

  • Deep hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.x On-Premises. 

  • Strong expertise in:  

  • Oracle Purchasing (PO) 

  • Oracle Inventory Management 

  • Move Orders 

  • Item Master 

  • Cycle Counts 

  • Replenishment Processes 

  • ASN Processing 

  • Blanket Purchase Orders 

  • Strong understanding of Procurement and Inventory business processes. 

  • Experience translating functional requirements into Oracle EBS solutions. 

Mandatory Technical Skills 

  • Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development. 

  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining:  

  • Stored Procedures 

  • Packages 

  • Functions 

  • Triggers 

  • Custom APIs 

  • Concurrent Programs 

  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across functional and technical issues. 

  • Experience working with Oracle EBS customizations and production support. 

Preferred Experience 

  • Experience with Oracle EBS integrations and custom interfaces. 

  • Experience with EBS implementation, enhancement, or upgrade projects. 

  • Experience working directly with business and technical stakeholders. 

  • Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills. 

Professional Skills 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage complex issues. 

  • Strong communication skills with both technical and functional stakeholders. 

  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions. 

 

 

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
