Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:

SAP EWM

Experience: 5+ years 

 Focus: SAP S/4HANA EWM & Supply Chain Management 

 English: Fluent 

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Private and Public Editions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Extended Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management, with proven experience supporting business-critical processes, resolving complex issues, and working within defined SLAs. 

The role requires a technically strong professional who can work independently, communicate effectively with business stakeholders, and provide guidance and knowledge sharing to other team members. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, configure, support, and troubleshoot SAP EWM solutions within S/4HANA environments. 

  • Work with SAP S/4HANA Private Edition and Public Edition, supporting warehouse and supply chain processes. 

  • Analyze and resolve production issues using ticketing systems, IRT processes, and SLA requirements. 

  • Identify root causes of technical and functional issues and implement effective solutions. 

  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and resolve complex EWM issues. 

  • Translate technical concepts and solutions into clear explanations for non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Participate in solution improvements, process optimization, and continuous support activities. 

  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to other team members. 

  • Proactively identify potential issues and recommend improvements to system stability and performance. 

Mandatory Technical Experience 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Edition, with a strong focus on EWM and Supply Chain Management. 

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Edition EWM. 

  • Strong understanding of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes and integration with Supply Chain Management. 

  • Experience supporting SAP EWM in production environments. 

  • Strong experience with incident, ticket, IRT, and SLA-based support processes. 

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis. 

  • Experience working directly with business users and cross-functional technical teams. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a support environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • SAP S/4HANA EWM certification – Public or Private Edition. 

  • Experience with SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, or major enhancements. 

  • Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, or training to other team members. 

  • Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain business processes. 

  • Experience with continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. 

Professional Skills 

  • Fluent English, both spoken and written. 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. 

  • Ability to take ownership of issues from initial analysis through resolution. 

  • Strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills. 

 

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

Salary: $115,000 gross
